Life After Life - Kate Atkinson I was really excited about this one, it seems to be the "it" book of the spring and everyone has it on their to-read list, but somehow this one just didn't do it for me.

The book follows Ursula on her many lives, starting over at the beginning every time she dies. Decisions she makes and feelings of deja-vu help her avoid dangerous situations from her previous lives.

The premise was interesting and reminded me of [b:A Dog's Purpose|7723542|A Dog's Purpose|W. It took awhile for me to get into it, what with all the start-overs at the beginning, and I just didn't feel it ended up anywhere in the end. Parts were definitely enjoyable to read but I didn't relate all that well to Ursula and I just didn't get too much from the novel.
